HDPE>>Blow Moulding

    It is a linear polymer with high density (0.94-0.96 g/cm³) and high melt strength, exhibiting excellent impact resistance (maintaining toughness at -30℃) and environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR > 1000h). Its physical properties include a medium melt index (0.2-0.4 g/10min, 190℃/5kg), high rigidity (flexural modulus > 1000 MPa), and low moisture permeability; its chemical properties include resistance to acids, alkalis, oils, and most solvents, but it is not resistant to strong oxidizers (such as concentrated sulfuric acid) and high-temperature aromatic hydrocarbons (dissolving in xylene at >80℃).

Its high melt strength and environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR > 1000h) ensure that the products do not break even after long-term use in complex environments, making them particularly suitable for containing oils, acids, and alkalis, as well as industrial raw materials that require moisture-proof sealing.
