It is a modified polyethylene with medium to low density (0.93-0.94 g/cm³) and a broad molecular weight distribution, exhibiting excellent melt flowability and impact resistance (maintaining toughness even at -30℃). Its physical properties include low melt index (3-8 g/10min, 190℃/2.16kg), high melt strength (ensuring uniform wall-hanging during rotational molding), and excellent weather resistance; its chemical properties are resistant to acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and most organic solvents, but it is not resistant to strong oxidizers (such as concentrated sulfuric acid) and high-temperature aromatic hydrocarbons (soluble in xylene at >90℃).

Roto molding grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE), with its excellent melt flowability, impact resistance, and environmental stress cracking resistance, is primarily used in large hollow products, including chemical storage tanks (resistant to acid and alkali corrosion), agricultural water storage tanks (UV-resistant), amusement facilities (such as slides and buoys), and marine buoys. Its seamless, integrally molded feature (with a wall thickness up to 50mm) is particularly suitable for industrial and civilian applications that require high sealing performance and long-term outdoor weather resistance.
