LLDPE>>Film
It is a copolymer with a short branched chain structure and a density (0.915–0.925 g/cm³) between that of LDPE and HDPE. It exhibits excellent puncture resistance (3 times higher than LDPE) and environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR > 1500h). Its physical properties include a medium melt index (0.5–10 g/10min, 190°C/2.16kg), high tensile strength (20–30 MPa), and excellent low-temperature toughness (maintaining flexibility at -50°C); its chemical properties include resistance to acids, alkalis, oils, and fats, and most solvents, but it is not resistant to strong oxidizers (such as concentrated nitric acid) and high-temperature aromatic hydrocarbons (soluble in xylene at >80°C).
